Will my insurance company reimburse me for my house call visit?
Currently, Bridge City Foot & Ankle accepts Medicare Part B, Regence/Blue Cross, United Healthcare, AARP Plans, Optum, Providence, Care Oregon AgeRight Advantage Plans, and Trillium Health Plans. Patient's who qualify for routine foot care will have their Medicare insurance billed directly in accordance with the normal maximum allowable fee schedule. Please keep in mind that patient's may still be responsible for a portion of their visit by either a co-pay or if they have not yet met their deductible. There will be no additional fees charged to the patient besides what Medicare requires. Patient's without one of our insurance providers will have the option to pay out of pocket for their Podiatrist visit, and this will always be discussed up front before treatment. Please see the "Services & Booking" tab for more information on costs and the "Conditions We Treat" tab for various treatments offered.
Can I contact my house call foot doctor directly if I have a question?
Yes! Having direct access and communication with the doctor can be very satisfying and beneficial for patients. This is not common practice in the medical field today, and this is one of the many benefits patients can expect from Bridge City Foot & Ankle. All of our patients are given Dr. Stach’s cell phone number and personal email. We are here for you at all times, and we pride ourselves on exceptional communication.

What if I have an emergency/urgent foot condition and need to be seen right away?
In most cases, Dr. Stach or Dr. Weindorf can see you at your home within hours of your inquiry regarding a foot or ankle concern. Emergency rooms and urgent cares typically do not have foot and ankle specialists on staff at all times to address your concerns. Often times, an expensive emergency room visit will end in a referral to a Podiatrist. We are thrilled to introduce Concierge Podiatric Urgent Care to the Portland Metro Area. We offer house calls 24 hours a day, every day.
What if it is determined that I need surgery for my foot or ankle condition?
Bridge City Foot & Ankle currently offers a vast array of conservative options for most foot and ankle conditions. After all conservative options have been exhausted and discussed thoroughly with the patient, there may be a recommendation for surgical intervention. If desired, the patient will be given referrals to other foot and ankle specialists in the area for a surgical work up.
